Enrolment Procedure

Applications are accepted from the age of two (2) for both our 3-year-old and 4-year-old kindergarten programs. Our comprehensive Enrolment Handbook provides information about our kindergarten, programs, policies, enrolment procedures and fees. This Handbook is generally updated each year in early June, to reflect the programs on offer for the following year.

To be considered for a first round enrolment offer, applications need to be received by 1 June in the preceding year. Enrolment applications for children or families experiencing vulnerability will be considered and prioritised at any time. Please contact us should you require any assistance with enrolling your child.

2026 Enrolment Update

All places in our 3 and 4-year-old programs have been filled and waitlists are in place for families who were unsuccessful in receiving an enrolment offer.

2027 Enrolment Timeline

1 June 2026 – First Round Closing Date: Final date for applications to be considered for a first-round 2027 enrolment offer (exceptions apply). Applications received after this date will be considered in subsequent rounds as places become available.

3 June 2026 – 2027 Enrolment Handbook & Program Details: The 2027 Enrolment Handbook will be released. All waitlisted families will receive an email outlining the 2027 programs set by the Committee of Management to confirm enrolment intentions and session preferences.

13 July 2026 – First Round Offers: First-round offers will be issued via email. Families who do not receive an offer at this stage will be notified of their waitlist status.

Late July / Early August – Subsequent Offer Rounds: Second-round offers will be issued to fill any remaining vacancies.

Important Information on Placement
As our service is typically oversubscribed, we unfortunately cannot offer a place to every applicant. Offers are made in strict accordance with the Department of Education’s Priority of Access (PoA) criteria. Families are encouraged to contact us to discuss their specific Priority of Access eligibility.

To ensure your child secures a funded kindergarten place for 2027, we strongly recommend applying at multiple services. We recommend you use the Find a Kinder tool to locate and apply at other nearby services to maximise your child’s chances of placement.
